For over a decade, Jennifer was a top producer at two large Accounting and Finance staffing firms where she provided interim solutions and direct hire placements to companies throughout the Atlanta market. In 2010, Jennifer founded a boutique A&F search firm and has now transitioned that experience to her newly created firm Accountable Search Group. She brings a hands-on, personal approach to her recruiting and truly enjoys mapping success for her candidates. In her spare time, Jennifer is active in the dog rescue community, specifically focusing on senior dogs in need. She is a native of South Carolina and believes that politeness and a smile will take you far.
